RE: Mac Mail stopped working with Office365 today

The root cause of the issue you encountered is not related to the report in the Office 365 portal. The report is about connectivity from Outlook client to Exchange Online services. In this case, I would like to confirm whether the issue persists when you configure your account on Outlook 2013 (Windows OS).
