For clarifying the situation, please let me confirm the following information:
1. If the library is being synced, we can see the activity via the icon in the menu bar like the screenshot shows below. Could you check if the icon is active from your side?
2. To identify if the synchronization is stuck, could you capture a screenshot like the following one from your side for me? To upload images, please click use rich formatting when replying to the post, then insert image.
3. If you repair the OneDrive for business by clicking the Repair OneDrive for Business option showed in the screenshot above, are there any updates?
I would like to explain that: currently, it is not feasible to initiate a sync from the browser with the Mac client. We appreciate your understanding.
