We have migrated one of the company to Exchange 2010 SP3 UR6 to Office 365 (Hybrid Setup). However, one of our Mac user (CEO of that company) experiencing an everyday issue where randomly his outlook for mac 2015 client will stuck and go into trying to connect mode. He won't receive any mail neither he can send any mail out at that time. However, after restarting the outlook for mac 2015 client it will connect to exchange online again and everything comes to normal. So this is happening everyday at random times. Any idea how to resolve this issue?
Outlook for Mac 2015 client is fully updated until last update (Jan, 20th update).
Furthermore, he is receiving so much emails on a day, Around 100-500 emails on a day. Outlook Web App, Outlook for IPad and IPhone working fine without any issue. He own's two laptops One is Mac Book Pro and other one is Mac Book Air
Please let us know how to resolve this issue asap.
