Can't Activate outlook - tried different suggestions and no luck.

Hello,

I have downloaded the Outlook for mac V15.6 (150113 ) from my corporate account. 

When I try to activate the product by entering my username/password it doesn't throw any error, it just refreshes the page without any message ( picture below )

I know my username/password is correct ( I am using domain\username  - password ) because when I enter incorrect password it says incorrect.

Now what to do ? One Note has the same issue but managed to activate it by answer yes on ( are you a teacher  )
