To identify whether the issue is caused by the specific account or the client, could you confirm if the issue occurs when using other accounts? I would like to share an account with you to run a test. This account can sync files with no problem from my side.

1. Go to the Your details section on the right side of the community site.
2. Click Private messages.
3. Click the subject title of the response to read the message.
