Hi Jonathan,

Could you please check Licenses you have been assigned in Office 365 and show us for our further troubleshooting?
Login Office 365 portal -> click Gear in the top navigation bar -> choose Office 365 settings.
In the button of the page you will see the license you have been assigned.
