Thanks for your screenshot.

To further narrow down the issue, I'd like to collect some information:

1. Which browser do you use? Have you tried other browsers?

2. Do other people have the same issue? If possiable, can you let other accounts to try searching the same contact to check whether the issue persists?

3. If you search the subject or email address, can you see any information for this contact?

4. For "the first message appearing in the results list is empty", do you mean other emails of this contact show correctly?
