I tested but cannot repro the issue currently. The same issue may be resulted by different causes. So, to narrow down the issue, please allow me confirm the following information:
- Do other users also encounter this issue?
- Can you sync your OneDrive for Business library normally instead of accessing to share owners OneDrive for Business library?
- Please reset browser to check whether the issue will occur: How to reset Internet Explorer settings
- Delete the credentials by going to Credential Manager and see if the issue will persist. See: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/windows7/store-passwords-certificates-and-other-credentials-for-automatic-logon
