To narrow down the root cause of the issue, I'd like to confirm the following information:
1. Do you mean you didn't uninstall OneDrive for Business Mac Client successfully since the previous stuck with your first post? We notice "loading" message from your first screenshot.
2. From your first screenshot, we notice there are two same icons .I'd like to confirm whether you both uninstall OneDrive for Business Mac client and re-install another but all no success.
3. On your first post, you mentioned "Upon inputting user ID and getting through to the next screen (See screenshots) my account gets stuck 'loading' ", do you mean the issue occur in the moment when you start to sync?
For further investigation on the situation, could you try and see if you can get the logs of the OneDrive for Business Mac client?
1. Go up to the Menu bar and click Go and select Go to Folder. Type in ~/library/logs and click Go. OneDrive for Business will write the following logs:
OneDriveBusiness-* logs (-, -ERR, -HTTP)
StorageHTTPTraffic.log
Client log (<Machine name>-MacBook-Pro.dev=<date/time stamp>.log
2. Please send all above logs to our workspace for analysis. I have sent you a private message to show you how to. Please access the private message via the following steps:
1)Go to the your details section on the right side of the community page.
2)Click Private messages.
3)Click the subject title of the response to read the message.
