I have installed Outlook for Mac 365. Until now have been using Outlook for Mac 2011 as part of Office 2011 for Mac. Currently I have both on my iMac as I wanted to check that all was well with Outlook 365 before trying to remove Outlook 2011. The new Outlook seems to work well in most respects and I like the design however when I have searched for some old mail I notice that some items are not showing up. So if I look for mail sent From:Smith I see everything but if I look for From:Jones nothing shows even though a) I know there was mail b) I select look in all mailboxes. When I switch over to Outlook 2011 and conduct the same search I can now find all the mail from both senders. How can this be and more importantly how can I correct this. Thanks for your help
