Hi There,
We have variety of users here who cannot to access their emails through Office 365 when using Mac. All these users are able to access their emails from a windows computer - we cannot seem to find a way around it.
When they click to log in - it just comes up with a blank screen or says 'server not found' (See screenshots below)
We have tried different browsers, clearing cache and history, going through the terminal and clearing the dns settings and nothing is working. Any help would be appreciated!
