I have the same exact problem as "HendriKUSLIAWAN" described. I am also on the same Mac OS X Yosemite environment. In my case I recently did an Outlook Update, (Version 15.8 (150303) and after that update it keeps crashing and sending the crash report automatically to the Microsoft.
I now use the web based service to check my emails.
Please answer and fix this issues as soon as possible. (It's just waste of money if we cannot use the apps.)
