I am having the exact same issues except I've discovered that the conversation list does not scroll when Chrome OWA are on a retina display. I'm running 2 external displays with my Macbook pro and the scrolling works when Chrome is on 2 of the non retina displays, but as soon as I drag it to the built in retina display on the macbook it doesn't scroll.
