I recently downloaded the latest version of MS Outlook for Mac from the Office 365 site as part of my annual subscription. Problem is that occasionally, when I try to send a new message, I get the warning that the message will be saved in Drafts until I activate the software (or words to that effect). I then go through the activation process, and I get the message "You're all set" but the message still won't get sent and if I try again I get the same message. I have tried to check my activations on the Office 365 page and my computer shows as having been activated. What is the problem, and how do I fix it?
