Hi David,
For further looking into the issue, could you help us confirm the following things?
1. Have you tried re-syncing the library? (Click the OneDrive for Business icon > Preferences…> About> Unlink OneDrive for Business and re-link to the library)
2. Have you tried reinstalling OneDrive for Business via the following steps?
a. Exit the application and drag the app to the trash.
b. Remove “~/Library/Application Support/OneDriveBusiness/” and “~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/Microsoft/AppData/Microsoft/Office/15.0/OfficeFileCache”.
c. Reinstall the application.
3. Could you provide us with the logs for the OneDrive for Business Mac client by following the steps below?
a. Go up to the Menu bar and click Go > Go to Folder.
b. Type in ~/library/logs and click Go. OneDrive for Business will write the following logs:
OneDriveBusiness-* logs (-, -ERR, -HTTP)
StorageHTTPTraffic.log
Client log (<Machine name>-MacBook-Pro.dev=<date/time stamp>.log
c. Follow the private message I sent to you to upload the logs.
You can access the private message via the following steps:
1. Go to the Your details section on the right side of the community site.
2. Click Private messages.
3. Click the subject title of the response to the message.
Thanks,
