Hi Tony,

Thanks for the screenshots.

I notice that you are using Outlook for Mac and have configured your Gmail account into the Outlook client, right?

If yes, I would like to know how you configured your Gmail account into the Outlook for Mac client, via POP, IMAP or Exchange connection.

If you  used POP or IMAP, I would like to explain that that’s an expected behavior since the calendar and contacts will not be configured into the Outlook for Mac client together with the account by using POP or IMAP. Here is a screenshot of part of the article about using POP and IMAP to set up email accounts in the Outlook client.

Also, I notice that the contacts and calendars whose entries cannot be seen are from the local computer. They are not online calendars and contacts. This indicates that this issue is Outlook client related. Therefore, we suggest posting the issue at our Outlook for Mac client Forum for expert support.
