I'd like to give feedback about adding people to an email. In the Windows counterpart, one can click on "To", "CC", etc. and it brings up the address book. However, for the Mac, someone had the bad idea to ignore that, and instead put what looks like a book on the right, and when you click on it, it brings up nothing. One has to the figure out what to select to bring up contacts. Why make it that many steps and so confusing? This is a ridiculous approach that I would like to get Microsoft to fix.
I want to be able to simply click on TO, and it bring up all of my contacts. Easy as that. Again, why make it so many steps and so complicated? I don't really want an explanation, I want a simple fix.
