RE: Group Contacts greyed out in Outlook 365 for Mac

Hi ClimbGuy3,

By default the option is not available after we configure an account in it.

To enable the option, please perform the steps below:

  1. In the ribbon bar, click “Outlook”—“Preferences”.
  2. Click “General” in the pop-up window.
  3. Then un-select the option “Hide On My Computer folders”.
  4. Back to Outlook and the option should be available now.
