In this situation, could you please provide an entire screenshots about the issue you viewed via the Private Message.
In addition, I also provide you with a test account in the Private Message, please use this account and check if the same issue occurs in this account.
To access the Private Message, please perform the following steps:
1. Go to the Your details section on the right side of the community site.
2. Click the Private Message.
3. Click the subject title of the response to read the message.
