Hi Daniel,

Are you enabled for multi-factor authentication? If so, please make sure that you have set up app passwords. For more information about multi-factor authentication, see Managing your Azure Multi-Factor Authentication User Settings.

Meanwhile, I suggest you try changing your password.

If the issue persists, for further look into it, I’d like to collect some information in private message. You can access the private message via the following steps: 

1. Go to the Your details section on the right side of the community site. 
2. Click Private messages
3. Click the subject title of the response to the message.
