I have the exact same issue. The top or Home page displays they logo correctly. Each subsite I create has a smahed down square version of the logo. It seems to inherit the logo from the main page definition, so no matter what I put in the logo url box of the subsite, it still gets the image from the site definition. Any ideas in how to make the logo show correctly on the sub sites?
