Q. Can you configure Apple's Mac Mail to connect to O365 P1 Shared Mailboxes?
Additional Information
I've got 15 x P1 (Small Business) licenses and then 5 shared mailboxes.
14 of my users connected their Outlook to Office 365 successfully.
Outlook 2007 users had the list of Shared Mailboxes automatically appear below their primary mailbox - Excellent.
The Outlook 2011 for Mac users did have to add / connect to the Shared Mailboxes additionally but non-the-less, can still connect - Good.
However, I have one user who's configured Apple Mac Mail application and their primary mailbox has configured excellently but I cannot seem to pull in the shared mailboxes.
I have tried using the Alias for the mailbox {8D776A00-BD0B-4E6D-8AFA-E5972A2386EA}@domain.com.au
I have tried putting SERVICES\username@domain.com.au as the user name
I have tried using the Shared Mailbox email address as the username
I have tried all these with and without passwords and yet I can't seem to connect Apple Mac Mail to the O365 Shared Mailbox.
Can anyone help?
