Outlook was redirected

Hello,

I recently helped move a customer to Office 365. the customer purchase the Small Business Premium Plan and everyone has a MacBook computer.

I have attached a scree shot of what happens when this customer opens Outlook from there desktop. one person hit "allow" another person hit "deny. both ways seem to work just fine. Any reason to have concerns or any insight?
