Re: Outlook 2011 for Mac Issues post Upgrade

We are having the same problem and for us it is not resolved.  I need to know what was done if someone at MS can find out.  Our server is pod51011.

I have been posting the below message around to keep these threads alive.

This is incredible.  I looked in the link above and there is no more information than in this thread.  For us, this is happening very severely on Macs running Office 2011.  Every OS version too.  These are computers that had no software updates done between the time our O365 account was upgraded.  I have tried everything - creating new identities, resetting passwords, etc.  It has been getting worse the past couple of days too.  To top it off, here is another piece of information for everyone - I have 2 companies running O365.  One has been upgraded and one has not.  The one that was upgraded constantly drops off while the one that wasn't stays connected.  This is on multiple machines, multiple accounts.  THIS IS NOT A CLIENT ISSUE.  It has to do with the upgrade and if MS would just publish something so that we know you're working on it, that would be incredible!  I need to be able to tell my users something!  Not just that nobody returns my call or rarely updates the tickets.  

Please let us know what is being done to address the issue.  Silence is frustrating!
