Pedro - Absolutely! I have done that too two days ago and all I've gotten in response is "we're diligently working on your issue." Sure.
You know, I ran into this when we first signed up for BPOS a couple years ago... we had trouble with the Macs sending Email and going into the drafts folder. it took constant bombardment until we got to the right people working on the issue before I could get any real information about what was going on. They never really fixed that issue but the migration to O365 did solve it. Now we have another one.
