Exactly! It has steadily gotten worse over the past couple days until today I can't even get it to connect. I called in today to get an update on my ticket and the guy said that he was not a tech but answered my call because I was on hold for so long (40 min) and they've had a huge call volume "due to the upgrade." I really hope they're working on it. They promised someone would call me back in 30 min and it's now been over 2 hours!
