On Thursday, May 16, 2013 at approximately 7:51 PM UTC, an issue in one of Microsoft's datacenters caused intermittent connectivity issues when accessing email using outlook. The problem affected some users in North America. The issue was successfully fixed on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at 9:51 PM UTC. A complete post-incident report will be available on the Service Health Dashboard within five business days.
