We are trying to figure out a solution to the Send / Receive auto schedule not working.
It appears to have happened after upgrading one of our users to O365 / 2013.
The manual sync works fine. The schedules do not.
We have rebuilt the identity and it does not help.
Does anyone have a suggestion? From reading the postings this is a common problem...but I do not see a solid solution.
I have not dropped the account on the MAC just yet, as the user has a rather large mailbox...around 8GB. I have seen that suggestion and wanted to see if there were any other ideas before taking such a lame approach.
