Thanks for taking time to reply me. I have submitted the logs as you have asked. I hope service upgrade means, upgrade from 2010 tenant to 2013 tenant. Correct me if I am wrong. Let me answer all your queries.
1. I started the implementation after the Service Upgrade. I just installed exchange 2010 sp3 before service upgrdae.
2. Yes I am getting an error. The error is "the server cannot be reached to validate your password. Make sure that the system is connected to the internet". but the machine is connected to internet and all the ports are open too.
3. All users are getting this error. But if I try it in a Windows PC then it will work.
This issue occurs only when MAC machine is connected to Internal Network. On further troubleshooting I found out that the personal certificate is not getting created in MAC Keychain. It creates an application password file named OCT____user@domian.com. Then it suddenly disappears, which is not happening when the MAC machine is connected to internet.
Kindly help me as this issue is getting more and more critical as days passes.
