Mindy...I did check this in another environment. It's not the environment. It's clearly a setting or a software issue between Lync and Mac Outlook 2011. Any other ideas as this feels like we're "kicking the can do the road" with nothing new to try? With all of the Mac users that take advantage of Office365, is there no one else running into this problem? Maybe it would be smart for someone handling Mac office 2011 to chime in on what they believe is the issue. Can they create this scenerio internally at Microsoft and confirm it's working on their side and tell us what they did? They have the tools and the knowledge to fix this. As a note, i'm the CEO of my company and decision maker on using Office365 as a solution. I'd really like to see a solution. Thank you for your help and for bringing in someone from the Mac Office team to test this out.
