On January 25th Outlook on my Mac desktop stopped connecting with Office 365. I can not retrieve mail or send mail.
I have all of the latest updates installed and just downloaded the latest desktops apps from Office 365. My version for Microsoft Outlook for Mac 2011 is 14.3.9.
I have deleted the email account from Outlook on my desktop - when I tried to re-establish (add) the account I get the following error message:
Account cannot be added. Note that Outlook 2011 requires Exchange Server 2007 SP1 Update Rollup 4 or later.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
