As Lawliet mentioned, the related screenshots are important for us to address your query. However, the TIFF extension images couldn’t be viewed from my end. Would you mind posting another image format (recommend: JPEG, PNG) to display them normally in the forum? After doing that, it will be easier to involve other community members who had the similar issues in dealing with it. I appreciate your understanding.

Does the Office 365 App mentioned by you mean Office for Mac 2011 applications or Office Web App?
If you refer to the Office for Mac 2011, it’s probably an Office client issue and we’ll need to involve the specialist for Office in working on it. If you refer to the Office Web App, we’ll do further research to narrow down its root cause, such as browser compatibility, system compatibility, product conflicts, or something else.
