RE: I couldn't get signed in my Lync 2011.

Currently there is a Microsoft Lync for Mac 2011 14.0.7 hotfix which resolves the issue that the user  can't sign in or see contact pictures in Lync for Mac 2011 when system time zone is set to UTC+8 or an earlier time zone. Please check it on your side: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2926055.
