1. Do you mind to log in by using other browsers and try it again to check if the issue is relate to the browser?
2. I‘d like to confirm if any other users in the subscription have the same issue on Mac.
3. Do you have any other account of Office 365? Please try to log in with any other account to check if the issue is related to the account. In addition, could you try to log in by using any other computer to check if the issue is caused by computer?
4. Could you describe the detail situation about “kick out” as you mentioned?
5. When you are kicked out, does any error message appear? If so, please provide us with the screenshot of it.
6. I noticed” unable to download the software packages for Microsoft 365” In your post, I’d like to confirm if you can logged into the portal before?
7. From your description, you mentioned ‘managed to download to my iPhone without any issues’. Please share more detailed information about the application you downloaded with us.
8. Could you offer us the URL you are using for login?
9. Please try to log in Personal site or OWA via the URL below:
