Microsoft office 365 randomly signed me out... now i can't access office

Hi -

I already purchased a 100 something dollar office subscription, it's supposed to be good for two years, and I bought it in september. I updated my Mac and now suddenly it's asking me to activate my account on office.

When I put in the e-mail that I used to set up office it says the account doesn't exist.

I need this fixed.

Where can I relocate my account information for this subscription ASAP
