1. Does the issue exist when checking the shared calendars using OWA (Outlook Web App) http://mail.office365.com/ ?

2. How did the two users share their calendars with this Mac user? Detailed steps are appreciated.

3. I notice you mentioned “I can open the shared calendar fine on my machine”, in this situation, which account did you use? How did you open the shared calendar, with Outlook for Mac or OWA?

4. Do other users encounter the same issue?
