Trouble Installing Microsoft Office Student Advantage Program on Mac

Hi there,

My school recently enrolled in the Microsoft Student advantage program. I have made sure my mac is well above the requirements yet every time I click on the link to the program I get the following error message;

Correlation ID:		ncu#1cfff3ef-edaa-4296-ada9-f0e2acab0322
Error code:		0

I've tried troubleshooting with my schools I.T department and had less than helpful answers. I initially thought maybe the site was down but this has been happening for 4 days now on multiple browsers that Ive tried.

If someone could give me some help as to what the problem would be that would be amazing. I have an assignment due next week and the use of excel 2013 is pretty vital.
