From your post, I understand that you are not able to set up your Office 365 account on Outlook client, including Outlook 2011 for Mac and Outlook 2010, and Apple Mail, iPad and iPhone. Is this correct? If so, please capture a screenshot of the error message while configuring the account on Outlook 2011 and post it here.
To better solve the issue, I would like to collect the custom domain information from you through private message. To check the private message, please follow the steps below.
1. Please go to Your details section on the right side of the community site.
2. Click Private messages.
3. Click the subject title “custom domain request” and reply to it.
If my understanding is not correct, please provide detailed information about your issue.
