Sorry I got fairly lost in your reply.
What is Outlook Client? At the moment in our trial version I have set up 4 accounts, including my own. There are approximately another 15 accounts to be set up. Is this what you mean?
We are still using .onmicrosoft.com as the email address, as we are waiting on verification that we qualify for non-profit version, as we are a charity. You mention “deleting” accounts? This confuses me, as I am unsure when this would take place or how? Would the process be something like this:
1. Set up account on Office 365
2. Get domain name verified, to confirm we own website
3. As we have applied for non-profit version, await confirmation that we are eligible for non-profit version.
4. Set up .onmicrosoft.com accounts set up for all staff
5. Change accounts to the actual email address (for example changing from username@company.onmicrosoft.com to username@company.com, etc.)
6. Export PST file from desktop Outlook
7. Import PST file to Office 365
Will the accounts all now be transferred to Office 365 and be available on desktops? Are there any other steps I need to take to achieve this?
You mention deleting account, when does this take place? How do I delete accounts?
