RE: Outlook 15.6 for Mac - inbox is not updating

My answers to your questions are:

1. Yes, we're using the same account and client on 2 macs; both of them have the same issue

2. via Exchange

3. This issue does not occur on Windows (PC and Phone) or iOS

4. When configuring another exchange account on the 15.6, I didn't encounter the same problem.
