Hi guys,
One of my colleagues just got a replacement laptop PC, and I installed Office 2013 just like I did with other computers in the office. The problem is, using the new machine, Outlook would crash as soon as she sends out a message, and if that wasn't the first time Outlook crashes since the last time Outlook started up, Outlook would restart.
The odd thing is, this didn't happen in her old machine, and the problem persisted even after I tried starting Outlook using the /safe switch. I tried using the Outlook Product Diagnostic Tool and OffCAT to no avail. I also did a reinstall of Office 2013 (by reinstalling, I mean both using the Repair option in Add/Remove Programs and uninstalling Office and running the installer again), but the problem is still there.
She didn't have problems sending e-mails through OWA, but she insists on using the offline client.
Can you tell me what caused this problem and how to fix it?
The new machine's model is HP Elitebook Folio 9470M, and it's running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.
