I've been using Outlook 15.3 fine for a few weeks.
This morning it just crashes as soon as I try to open it with the following error:

I've tried deleting preferences from my user's hidden library folder as well as from the main library folder.
I've tried deleting the profile using Outlook Profile Manager.
I've tried completely removing Outlook and re-installing it.
I've tried repairing permissions and repairing the disk using Disk Utility
After all the above it still crashes.
The only way I can get Outlook to run is if I create another user on the same Mac and then it runs fine for that user.
Any suggestions gratefully received!
