I'm having a nightmare getting any support from Microsoft to know what I have access to or to get in to my account. I called up and I was asked for a domain name - I gave them an email address at live.co.uk apparently I should have a @microsoft domain (which is weird). I've sent off to have my mobile number changed is apparently takes a month - not sure if it has anything to do with 365 or just email - no one at Microsoft seems to be able to help - billing are the only people who know anything about my account but the technical people do not and they cannot cooperate - help!!!
