Duplicate contacts may be caused by many reasons. To help you with the issue, I would like to confirm the following information:
1. Do you mean all the related contacts doesn’t exist before you add your account to your mobile phones and Outlook Client?
2. If so, when does the issue happen? For example, does the issue happen when you add the account to Outlook Client, import contact to Outlook Client or add the account to a mobile phone?
3. How do you connect the Exchange account to the Outlook Client? Is it the Exchange Mode?
