I've installed Onenote from the appstore and have been working fine for a while. Recently, I noticed i cannot use the 'command' key when I'm on onenote, so I can't use Apple Q, C, V...etc. The menu bar also only has limited options only and i cannot perform any functions. It resolves when i uninstall OneNote and reinstall again, but this issue returns when I log in to OneDrive on my browser (Safari), and onenote becomes unusable pretty much soon after I log in to my OneDrive. That personal account does not have 365 subscription. But Onenote is free for all, why does it seem to be behaving like this?
Secondly, on my university account, it has a 365 subscription, and I downloaded the new Outlook using that and have been using m university account on it plus my personal hotmail account and my personal gmail account. After about a month or two of use, when I start outlook, sometimes it will say "outlook cannot verify 365 subscription". But this error does not occur all the time, which is weird. This used to happen on Onenote as well. However, my university account has a 365 subscription for sure, so why does it say that? And OneNote does not require a 365 subscription, so why does it say that sometimes?
