I am attempting to sync my Office 365 library via the Sync button on the Onedrive web app and I get "We can't connect to the specified SharePoint Site". This has not worked on my computer since I was migrated to Office 365 several weeks ago.
Environment = Windows 7 (64 bit), MS Office 2013, Office 365, Internet Explorer 11
I have tried various troubleshooting methods (checked/modified site permissions, re-installation of OneDrive for Business Client, re-installation of MS Office 2013) but I am still unable to sync. This is my work PC and there are several other users in the office that have the same issue.
I set up a VM with the same set up as all of the other computers in the office and have been able to sync on that straight away with the same account so there appears to be something on the Computers (conflicting files?) that is blocking this.
I can access the same sharepoint site through my browser without any issue.
I would appreciate some assistance in getting this working again.
