We've received the private message. But I'd like to further collect the following information for our troubleshooting:
1. Sign into Office 365 in a browser->go to the OneDrive for Business library->copy the URL and provide it to us.
2. The user name you use to log into Office 365.
3. The global admin's email address.
4. The contactable email address.
