I will try and get a screen shot to show what I mean, but for starters the notification on the bottom that you sent a screen shot of does NOT come up when we try to open our downloads etc...
When we click Download, the PDFs go to our download folder and pop up immediately and the others we have to go retrieve from our download folder. If there is a way to change the settings so that we can see that little dialogue box asking to open or save that would probably fix our problem! Any ideas?
