We are having trouble when we open certain documents from our work email in 365 outlook, it seems that the different types of files PDF, word document, excel.. when we click the arrow down and are given the "Download" option, the only one that opens immediately are PDFs, however, for all other types of documents when download is clicked it does download them but it sends them to our download folder in which you have to go find them there and re open them. While it's not the end of the world, it would be convenient especially for our not so savvy computer people to not have to search around for the document they are trying to see.
Any tips on how to change this setting so that all of our files open up immediately when they are clicked? Thanks!
