If you are using the Internet Explorer right now, you
can try to reset IE.
How to reset IE: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737
We also suggest reproducing the issue in another
browser to see if it will also occur.
If that still doesn’t work, we recommend you create a
new column, and then look up this new one to see if it works.
